Delete account

Request permanent deletion of your HAVAL Printing account and personal data.

Your profile, sign-in credentials, notification tokens, student images, personal messages and uploaded artwork are removed. Order and payment records needed for accounting, refunds, disputes or fraud prevention may be retained with an anonymous account reference.

We aim to complete requests within 30 days. Outstanding orders, payment reviews and paid wallet balances must be resolved first. Your money is not forfeited. Contact support to arrange any remaining balance or order.

You can also email this address to request deletion without installing the app. Include the phone number or email associated with your HAVAL account. Do not send passwords or verification codes. We verify ownership before processing.
